No Action Alternative
4.7.4
With the No Action Alternative, the beaches would not be enhanced. Where there are visible cobbles they
would remain, and where the beach overall is narrow it would not be widened. Adjacent residents and
beach users would not experience the disturbance of construction or views of the pipeline; however, they
would not experience the benefits of more scenic beaches.
