1,250 ft of breakwater was constructed of timber cribs filled with

The breakwater was extended to 1,565

composed of large facing stones with rubblestone core.
A survey indicated the breakwater was in good condition except at the
ends.
Repairs were made to the north end of the breakwater at a cost of
