Construction and Rehabilitation History
Two rubble-mound jetties were constructed at the mouth of the
mack River. The north and south jetties were 4,118 and 2,445 ft

long, respectively, and built up to an elevation of +12 ft mlw with a

Minor repairs were made on the north jetty using 640 tons of stone.
1902
The south jetty was repaired in 1905 with 850 tons of stone. During
a total of 19,800 tons of stone was used in repairing the
