The harbor was constructed by local interests, including a 1,850-ft

rubble-mound breakwater with a crest elevation of
ft mllw and a
rock reinforced treated pile and plank breakwater.
The Corps accepted maintenance of the two breakwaters and an entrance
1965
channel 610 ft long by 65 ft wide by 13 ft deep mllw.
The basin was extended by local interests. The basin extension is
1968
maintained by local interests.
The harbor and cross sections of the breakwaters are illustrated in
1985
Figure 69. The Corps maintained structures are surveyed annually.
There are no records of any repairs or maintenance work.
