Note: In general, a material type which contains nodes with specified water surface elevations (e.g. at an ocean
boundary) should be assigned an OMEGA value of 0. This prevents instability along the boundary due to the water
surface slope introduced by the Coriolis Force.

OMEGA = 0.0
