Wave time, in decimal hours
Number of nodal arrays to follow (NSET=3 for wave)

IMAT_void is read but not used.

Note: The wave binary file is primarily used by advanced users. The file
format mimics the RMA4 solution file format to permit easy visualization by the
SMS graphical user interface. SMS will label the contents as constituents 1-3, but
they are actually the wave height, direction, period, respectively.
